The first problem I encountered was that after update completed successfully and my pc got restarted. Everything was normal while booting. The motherboard details windows loading screen and OS Selection screen until then when i select my OS by hitting enter key my screen goes black and blue loading circle cursor appears.
Same error in safe mode. Safe mode also goes black after windows loading screen with blue loading cursor circle. Pressing 'p' while holding windows key gives me screen project options where all options are working over black screen. Tried windows repair option where I got an error which says windows can't repair your pc. I did roll back in both quality and feature update in which rolling back to feature update failed and rolling back to quality update completed but it hasn't fixed my black screen issue. Is there any way other than clean install as I have installation media in usb disc. But I won't go with clean install. Please I dont want to loose files and installed softwares like audacity, ms office ,ETABS and many others i can't install them again. I'm extremely thankful for superfast response Also I'm sorry for not mentioning that I have also tried rolling back to previous versions I did roll back in both quality and feature update in which rolling back to feature update failed and rolling back to quality update completed but it hasn't fixed my black screen issue.
